= Note, despite issues below, I still prefer SE = I've had no crashes - so SKSE64 seems to be solid, even if it's missing features (no idea if it is, I don't write mods). Often it's because they didn't wait for SKSE64 and the MCM. Some notes on my install - mostly mods that were ported to SE that don't work quite the same way. I wish I had sufficient motivation to learn to make mods but that time is more productively spent on writing my next book. I'm also not opposed to editing a mod to rebalance a weapon or armor set if I like the look. I'm running quite a few more mods than Gopher to start with, but most of them are things like smithing overhauls, new armors, etc. The performance is better in general for me. I tried a few times, but I'm so used to SkyUI that I just couldn't handle it until now. I switched to SE with the release of the alpha SKSE64.
